This is a landmark, even epic project for the European Union and a legacy that Benidorm deserves as one of the world's capitals of residential tourism. This tower will not only set an architectural record but will also offer owners a new standard of quality, innovation, and exclusivity.

I would like to note that an increase in prices for these apartments is expected soon, as reaching a certain sales percentage leads to price increases, and in this case, the speed at which apartments are being sold has exceeded even the most ambitious expectations! Our recommendation is to pay attention to the highest floors when choosing an apartment for investment (especially since the price increase per floor is not significant, but the highest floors will ultimately be in the most demand!), and if we disregard the Intempo building, which consists of 47 floors, since it is located BEHIND this tower, it does not affect the choice of apartment height, and if we talk about the buildings in front, the tallest building is Sunset Sailor with 43 floors, which is why I would recommend focusing on apartments starting from the 44th floor!
